Cleaning method of the fraud electronic drainage device:

A. Close the ball valve in front of the automatic drain;

C. Remove the hose, loosen the valve body of the drain, and empty the compressed air in the drain;

D. Remove the valve core and wipe clean;

E. Return the valve body to its original position, open the front ball valve slightly, and empty the impurities, water and oil in the drainage system with compressed air; Wipe the valve body with a cloth;

F. Install the valve core and timing coil in place; Install the hose again and open the front ball valve.

Cleaning of the fluid coolant of the hull-tube type water condenser: close the cooling water inlet and outlet, open the end cover of the unconnected water pipe, and only clean the outer end cover and washer with water. Clean the inside of the copper pipe with gas, water or a stick with a cloth. Be careful not to use too much force when cleaning so as not to break the internal copper pipe.

Constantly observe the refrigeration system

1. The compressor should be touched by hand at least once a day.

2. The drying filter should touch the temperature difference between the two sides by hand every week, and the temperature difference should not be large (import heat and export cool need to be replaced);

3. If there is abnormal sound and heat in the compressor, please contact the after-sales service as soon as possible.

(5) check the electrical control system: blow and sweep dust, tighten the terminal (it must be carried out without charge)
